The fastest route is rarely the one you remember.
I have started choosing the long way on purpose. The path along the water. The street with the bad pavement and the good light.
Nothing happens there. That is the point.
Your head gets quiet enough to notice things: the salt on a wall, someone laughing two balconies up, the exact colour the sea turns at seven.
That is where most of this project comes from. Not from working harder. From walking slower.
Tomorrow, take the long way once. Bring the music with you.
Notice what you found.
